By using www.didarholidays.com and booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

The token amount paid to reserve a tour slot is strictly non-refundable.

Full payment must be completed before the tour departure as per the payment schedule shared.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel costs, government taxes, exchange rate fluctuations, or supplier charges.

Rabinad Holidays reserves the right to cancel a booking if payments are not completed within the agreed timeframe.

Package prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

Any additional services not mentioned will be chargeable.

Personal expenses such as shopping, tips, laundry, beverages, optional activities, etc., are not included unless stated.

All cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The token amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official communication channels.

Rabinad Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons, weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

We may replace hotels or transport with similar categories if required. We will always attempt to provide equal or better alternatives where possible.

The customer is solely responsible for: Valid passport (min 6 months validity), Visa requirements, Travel insurance, Government permits, and Following local laws.

Rabinad Holidays will not be responsible for denial of boarding, visa rejection, or travel restrictions due to incomplete documentation.

Rabinad Holidays acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses caused by third-party providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).

We are not responsible for natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events. Clients participate in tours at their own risk.

Customers must inform us of any medical conditions prior to booking.

Participation in adventure activities is voluntary and at the customer’s own risk.

Travelers must respect local culture and maintain discipline. Rabinad Holidays reserves the right to remove any traveler without refund for misconduct or illegal activities.

All content on www.didarholidays.com (logos, text, images, designs) is the intellectual property of Rabinad Holidays and may not be reproduced without permission.

Personal information collected through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Rabinad Holidays shall not be held responsible for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control like natural disasters, war, pandemics, or strikes.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city of registration.
