Refund & Cancellation

Transparency and fairness at every step of your journey.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

A token amount paid to reserve or block a tour slot is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule shared at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy (By Customer)

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• 45 days or more before departure – 10% of total package cost (excluding token amount).

• 30–44 days before departure – 25% of total package cost.

• 15–29 days before departure – 50% of total package cost.

• 7–14 days before departure – 75% of total package cost.

• Less than 7 days before departure or No Show – 100% of total package cost (no refund).

Note: The token amount is non-refundable in all cases.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Bank charges, gateway fees, and transaction fees (if any) will be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Cancellation by Rabinad Holidays

Rabinad Holidays reserves the right to cancel a tour due to: Natural calamities, Government restrictions, Insufficient group size, or Unforeseen operational issues.

In such cases, customers will be offered either:

• A full refund (excluding the non-refundable token amount), or

• An option to reschedule/adjust the amount toward a future tour.

Rabinad Holidays is not responsible for additional personal expenses such as flight tickets, visa fees, hotel bookings, or other third-party services.

5. Amendments / Date Changes

Date changes are subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made 30+ days prior to departure may be allowed with minimal charges.

Within 30 days of departure, rescheduling may be treated as cancellation and new booking.

Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for unused services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Weather conditions, Political unrest, Pandemics, Natural disasters, Roadblocks or transport delays.

However, we will assist in providing the best possible alternative arrangements where feasible.

7. Partial Usage of Services

No refunds will be granted for: Early departure from the tour, Skipped activities, Missed transfers or sightseeing, or Voluntary withdrawal from the trip.

8. Third-Party Services

Refunds for flights, trains, cruises, or other third-party bookings are subject to the respective service provider’s cancellation policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Rabinad Holidays is registered and operating.

10. Policy Acceptance

By booking a tour with Rabinad Holidays, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
